Scott Curtis, DVM

Dr. Curtis is a 1993 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and has been at The Animal Clinic since graduation.

Scott resides in Athens with his wife Rachel and 2 sons, John and Nate. Rachel is a teacher at Rogers Creek School. John is a student-athlete at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and Nate is a freshman at Walker Valley High School. Both are members of the baseball teams of their respective schools.

Their family also has 4 legged members including Leonard, Sheldon, Jasmine, Maddie, Stormy, and Bob.

Dr. Curtis enjoys small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and the occasional orthopedic case. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, watching his sons play baseball, lawn work, and spending time with family and friends.
